Level One Maintenance

I am so sad I discovered Level One AFTER I did bathroom reno with a different reno company. They have been gone for months after a
careless low quality bathrooms jobs. Their electrician could not do timed LED lights in bathroom, for months could not figure it out. I later found Level One, 1 of their electricians Lucas not only immediately gave workable solution he made it all work perfectly in both bathrooms, after 1 of their competitors electrician and project manager told me it could Not be done! Now a different non electrical problem has started and I need Level 1 for everything in my future

Did a kitchen renovation with Level One Construction. Very amazed at their attention to detail. From start to finish, everything was on point, project mangers are friendly and informative. Will definitely be calling them again for any other renovations and recommending them to friends and family

I got a detailed quote and there were no surprises. The whole project and it was a full gut on a two bedroom condo was seamless. I called to get a quote for decking on behalf of a friend of mine who is a property manager, however, Victoria who picked up the phone and I am not convinced that she has front line communication skills. When you pick up the phone the first few seconds are the most important. How you pick up the phone, greet the customer, introduce by name and energy are very important. If this fails it paints the picture of the rest of the company. I had to ask for her name as I like to connect on the customer service side and she seemed a little annoyed. Would NOT recommend anyone to this company. Horrible "project manager" Alex. Seemed nice on the initial contact, but no communication after until prompted. He gave an overpriced quote after the designer came in to see the place but did not take any measurements. Then they gave us some rough sketches of the designs but all of the things were vague or incorrect (duh, they didn't even take measurements in the first place). We completely renovated our 2 bedroom apartment downtown with Level One. We got a number of quotes before the project started but went with Level One due to their detailed breakdowns and openness about costs. We were assigned Eduardo as our project manager who helped us all the way through. He was always keeping us up to date on progress but never sugar coating any potential problems. He would always give a thorough walk through of progress, explain any unexpected costs (every project has them but LevelOne were fair and carefully explained what the extra costs would be as well as a few options

We did not end up using Level One for our project. We wanted to work with them based on the other positive Yelp reviews.

Over three weeks after we originally contacted Level One, we were advised that our project had become too small and we should find another company. During that time, we had to wait long periods for any response to communication, including receiving an initial estimate after the in-home visit/consultation.

This is all very disappointing, because it delayed the work, which we could have pursued with another company.

Highest quality renovations in Vancouver. Great design team and accurate pricing quotes. I'd recommend Level One to anyone looking to have designer quality renovations.

We really lucked out when we chose Level One to do the bathroom/kitchen renovation in our 25 year old condo. They were very clean and professional from start to finish and very importantly followed the condo rules and regulations to the letter obtaining all the necessary city permits and bringing in city inspectors. We had a bunch of different contractors around to check out some projects. A few never got back to us with quotes because they felt our small home repairs weren't worth their time.

Randy and crew at Level One however, not only gave us a great quote, they did great work.

Here's one example: our new home had a really embarrassing feature-- you could hear the upstairs bathroom flushing in the kitchen as if you were in the bathroom itself!
