Our experience with Future Living was terrific! They are an experienced group of professionals who clearly communicated updates and kept us in the loop throughout the length of our project. We were particularly impressed with the tiler (Andy), Farnood (contractor) and Ali. Andy was the hardest working guy I've ever seen, with an incredibly artistic eye for fitting the just the right piece in place to make it perfect. We had Future Living completely renovate our master bathroom and powder room. We could not be happier with the final result. I would recommend this group to anyone looking to refinish

We were directed to Farnood and his team at Future Living by the designer we used to upgrade our condo. Future living did our renovations on time, on budget and their work was of the highest standards. All workers on site were professional and lovely to work with. We had the good fortune of being introduced to Farnood when we were in the process of interviewing contractors for our apartment renovation. From the first meeting we walked away with the confidence that once we gave him and his team the keys, we would be in good hands.
Though our renovation was small, we were never made to feel that way, as Farnood was always very engaged and responsive. He and his team were also excellent at communicating with our strata to ensure no hitches along the way.

I'm so glad to have a professional contactor for my apartment. Farnood is the best contractor I ever met, professional and very knowledgeable. I have a very tight timeline and he is so responsible and follow up with all details, even though there are some delay on my furniture and lighting, he does follow up the schedule for the job. If you are contemplating a renovation or a new build, the team at Future Living is the best choice that you will make. We had interviewed 7 different contractors prior to our own renovation in 2016. Farnood caught design issues prior, resolved them with great solutions and delivered our renovation on time, on budget, and with great care and quality. Farnood and his team did a renovation at my new condo and although the scope of the job wasn't huge, the work that they did made an incredible impact on my unit. He made a lot of great suggestions - things that I wouldn't necessarily have thought of but that made a big difference in the end.
The overall quality was excellent. They were very careful to manage their mess and keep the unit and the building hallways clean. The job finished slightly ahead of schedule which was also appreciated.
Communication was great. I never received any complaints from neighbours or building managers and Farnood

Not only did Future Living complete our "down to the studs" apartment renovation on time and on budget but did so in an atmosphere of open, two-way communication. From the very first meeting through the consultation/design decision process to construction progress meetings and finally with the final inspection we always felt… our input was valued and wanted.
The contractor (Farnood Ghaffari) made himself aware of our strata rules regarding renovations and introduced himself to our neighbors and concierge team prior to the start of demolition. His crew were very clean
