Initially, Autumn's MEP systems expertise helped clients develop and manage new construction projects and/or building systems renovation programs.

Our union-trained service technicians have the expertise to troubleshoot problems, and our certified workforce repairs, retrofits, or installs new systems and equipment.
Autumn's general trade services evolved out of a need to provide efficiency to our own staff on job order contracts. Now, we provide single-source, trade contracting services to clients and other contractors to optimize their projects. Autumn's union-trained, certified workforce consists of painters, laborers, and carpenters.
