Valley Homes have completely changed my view of Estate Agents - smart-Alec slicksters they most definitely are not. On the other hand, If you're looking for friendly, courteous, helpful service, way & above the call of duty, this is definitely the place for you. Recently-widowed, & somewhat terrified, I had to put my house on the market sooner than I'd anticipated, and I couldn't have been treated with more care and consideration by the staff here. Definitely the best.

We would highly recommend Valley Homes . Their persistence and caring approach to what is often termed as one of the most stressful times in your life ( moving house ) was always at the front of their minds. Communication was excellent and regular to keep us updated along the journey. Our agent was Clive Hill who couldn't have done anything else for us. Thanks you Clive and Valley Homes

I would have to disagree with the review below as I have experienced a totally opposite level of service. Everyone I have spoken to at Valley Homes, over the past year, have been extremely friendly, respectful and helpful whether it be on the phone or in person.
I would highly recommend them as an estate agent and would definitely refer friends, family and colleagues to them.

To be fair a star is extremely generous considering the all encompassing shabby service.
It's agents/agencies like these that give others the infamous label they get from the public.
1. Telephone manners; non existent (i was spoken to in a condescending manner simply because i asked for information I had previously been given).
2. Poor procedures; there was no confirmation of viewing appointment, they couldn't even send a measly text not to talk of an email.
Got to the viewing about 7mins late, rang the bell to no end and called the office severally to no avail.

We have been renting a flat through Valley Homes for the past 2 years. The team has been very helpful and respectful, whenever we had any queries or needed their assistance. They are very responsive to any requests or items requiring their attention. We would highly recommend their services as an estate agency.
