Wallmark completed my new home construction on Aug 2017. I would definitely not recommend this Company to anyone looking to hire a Contractor. The post-completion follow-up was very disappointing. I would strongly suggest to anyone that they should insist on a deficiency hold-back in their Contract . In my case, the street sidewalk was cracked by one of their subs’ trucks driving over it, and the City charged me to repair it. Wallmark refused to reimburse me for this even though this happened during the construction. They also damaged my neighbour’s retaining wall and did nothing to repair

Over the years we have built a few custom homes, and have found out not all builders are the same. Right from the get-go, Wallmark got together with us to explain the building process and was available to answer any of our questions along the way. They were conscious of our needs and want and I felt we were always on the same page. With Wallmark they make you feel very important and put you in the comfort zone from start to finish. If we have an opportunity to work with them again, we would do so without hesitation.

I am a Realtor in North Vancouver. I met with the team from Wallmark Homes to assess a building lot I had listed for sale. Wallmark's understanding of design and the new home building process is excellent and evident through the step-by-step process they use with new clients. While I have not yet build a home with Wallmark, they have been helping me understand the costs and steps involved in the custom home building process. My goal is to build a new home in the coming years, but I wanted to make sure I knew was i was getting myself into before starting. They have taken me through many of the homes they have built to help educate me on the options, and have gone above and beyond in answering the many questions I’ve had in preparing for my dream build. Looking forward to having them build my home soon!

I have been living in a Wallmark Custom Home for over 20 years. Six years ago Wallmark did an extensive renovation to the interior of my home which was delivered on budget and on time. Recently my home required a new roof, which again, was done within budget and on time. I highly recommend the Wallmark team, and likely will be speaking to them in the next few years when it comes time to downsize. Well done, Wallmark Homes!

Substandard workmanship, unauthorized changes to house specifications, very poor quality and people that no have no respect for your money or time. That about my experience with Wallmark Homes located at 4090 Graveley St, Burnaby, BC We paid top dollar expecting a top quality home. We ended up with a house with so many defects... Wallmark's customer service will not return your phone calls or emails, even the warranty company cannot get Wallmark to come and fix their issues. Lesson learned, we will never use or recommend Wallmark to anyone -too bad that lesson cost us over a million dollars
