Welcome to The Columbia in Kinglet, where affordability and natural splendor meet. Located in a new community on the outskirts of Northwest Edmonton, The Columbia is a half duplex surrounded by mature trees, nature reserves, and hiking trails. At 1350 sq. Everything was great with the warranty process, we had not issues at all nor did we have anything to report.

If you want to buy a house from someone who actually cares about your need, this is not the place. The lady in charge has a unwelcome cold attitude. I hope she understands that having an open house sign outside means people can walk in and ask questions, rather than giving people attitude and saying “do you need help? I only take appointments.”

We had a terrific first home buying experience with Lincolnberg. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Their townhomes in Sherwood park are in a great location. Sherri was terrific and knowledgeable… about the homes and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Ted was great as well. He was very thorough with all our walk throughs especially the finally 2 we did. We are very happy with our home. We would build with them again.
