Our experience with Kerry, our custom home builder was without a doubt amazing. The quality of our home is top notch where no there were no shortcuts, in fact, Kerry would go the extra mile to ensure superior quality every step of the way. He was very fair with the pricing and worked with us patiently when we needed to make changes throughout the home building process. This was a rewarding experience for us and we are now in our perfect forever home! Kerry at Landover Homes is the standard that all home builders should be measured against.

Tried twice to arrange a time to meet and view the show home for future build considerations. However the first time Kerry felt his time was better used at the lake. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the same time a week later. Today again he felt his time was better used else where than meeting potential home buyers.
His lack of professionalism to commit to an agreed upon time and date does not exist and you should use caution if considering him as a home builder.
We understand life happens and we can not always make appointments but doing so without giving a simple 30

When we were presented with a problem in our home, our first call was to Kerry. Kerry took on our issue both willingly and professionally ensuring that the repairs were to his high standards and ours. He brought in extra resources to identify the issue. We are very happy with the work that was done as our beautiful home has now been restored.

Landover Homes builds beautiful homes. Building a home with Kerry @ Landover Homes was a very rewarding experience that my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed. We relied on Kerry's experience and found his guidance and suggestions were invaluable. We had never built before, so we didn't know what we didn't know in the beginning. By the end we came away better informed and extremely satisfied. There are many considerations that come up during a build that are not always apparent during the initial planning of a custom home.
