Dave and his guys were very professional and friendly. removed my old oil furnace and electric water heater and installed new gas units quickly and cleanly. all the guys were busy all day but by afternoon the units were up and working, All the old removed and cleaned up. Very impressed

We just had an AC system installed at our house and we are LOVING it!!! We were told by many people it might not be possible to install central air because our furnace is in our crawl space (NOT a fun place to work in) and for the select few that opted to go down there they came back with some very very high quotes. Dave was amazing he was the ONLY person to measure the opening of the crawl space and came back with an extremely fair and accurate quote. Had an Air Knight air purification system installed yesterday. Southern Comfort were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Only having this system for 24 hr l can already notice a difference in the air quality in my home along with less issues this morning with allergies . Definitely a must for any home.

Had a fantastic positive experience w/ Dave, Josh, Vito and Colton. We had a BIG job we hired them to do - retrofit our 2 story gas-fireplace-heated home w/ ductwork to both floors, crawlspace furnace, and new A/C unit. When I say a big job I mean cutting out drywall, cutting out flooring, putting holes in walls, etc. It wasn't easy and there were a few surprises I think, but they never let on that anything was a problem. They were meticulous in their planning, we really felt like they treated our home as if it was their own, taking the time to map out what needed to be done and minimize demo.

My furnace broke and I had a protection plan with another company who guarentee they would come out within 24 hour if anything like this would happen but they told me it would be a few days as they over booked soo... I called Southern Comfort and with 2-3 hours they were at my house. I had Weldon and Regin install a furnace, HRV unit, and air conditioner as it all needed a good update plus furnace was broken. They both did an amazing job installing everything and and cleaning up after themselves. They showed up early and went above and beyond with their work ensuring everything was done properly

I had an AC put in last summer and they were very fast, respectful, professional and very happy with the prices. A few days ago the motor went on my furnace, and the owner came the same day to replace and fix it for me. Very happy with this company, will definitely continue to use them.

Impressed with their price, and time it took to do the work. I saw them work and new they weren’t dragging their behinds. Saying that, I noticed that my AC line is on the ground- right where it can get covered with debris, water, snow,ice and rust/rot out. They work hard, but some attention to detail was needed. Clean up- not really existent. They did duct work to to our second floor. Found knife blade portions on the carpet. I had to seal off holes in the duct from compression to fit into one another. Great customer service when my furnace wouldn’t turn on after the fact. Generally impressed
