I had no heat at my cottage. Had two companies try to repair it. They had no idea. North Wind came (on time) and repaired it in record time. There was no issue knowing what to do and how to do it. I was very impressed and very happy. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely use him again and will continue to recommend North Wind. Thank you for the excellent service.

Alex was very responsive, in the past he repaired our air conditioner and today we called him regarding a gas pipe leak and he was so honest and told us not to waste our money and to claim the service from the last person who installed our generator. He could just take that job to make 3 hurs worth of $ but choose to save us the extra cost. Thank you for being honest and very professional. 💜

Highly recommend this company. Very professional and honest. I had Heating, AC, and ductwork done in our cottage. Reasonably priced. The ductwork ran thru our crawlspace which Alex and team planned out efficiently and laid out nicely. They're very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's happening. They clean-up when done. Very good customer service !

Efficient and ahead of schedule!!! Our furnace decided to call it quits in the middle of the night and North Wind was here by the afternoon. They advised they would be on site between 3-5 but called earlier with an opening for 2pm. He was in and out under 10 mins with no extra sales tactics and fixed our furnace. He also noted the issue in case we need to replace a sensor in the future - they would have it on file. Would highly recommend.

Alex and his team at North Wind were great. We got a few quotes ahead of doing the work and his was by far the most reasonable. We had electric baseboard heaters and wanted a full hvac system installed including ducting, a furnace, and an ac unit. He and his team were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get heating or cooling installed or repaired.

The installer (Alex) arrived on time, did a very quick and tidy installation of a furnace humidifier, at a very competitive price. Took his time explaining the device, and also covered other features of our rather complex heating system. I recommend North Wind enthusiastically.

I called to have my 95 year old grandmas air conditioning repaired. He was there within a few hours and was able to fix it on the spot. He also called me just before his arrival and when he was done, which was very gracious. She said he was a very nice man, and she isn't easily impressed!

I was a victim of the Tornado. We had some damage. Our A/C was also flipped over due to the Tornado. I can't thank this company enough for helping my family and fighting the Insurance Company with me. I highly recommend. I had called them earlier this year, to get a quote for a new central air system, since I had been told by a previous company, that the model we have is no longer serviceable once it breaks down.
Well, to my/ our surprise, this wasn’t true.
North Wind Heating & Air……,informed me, that our central air system was less than 10 years old. Plus, I was told that even older systems can be repaired.
This company is the best. Like I said, they are honest, precise, very informative and the Service is just pristine.
To our surprise
