Peter started out as a millwright, refrigeration mechanic with a gas fitter license. Because of his knack for diagnostics and repair work and was always being called to help people. Helping people is something that Peter enjoyed doing so he decided to start his own business. He took the training & courses needed to be fully licensed and educated to operate a heating, air conditioning and mechanical business.
Services Plus started as a one man show. Business was good and was really growing mostly from word of mouth. In 1994 an unexpected rare disease (GBS) brought Services Plus to a halt when Peter ended up in the hospital. A year later after being told he was getting better and this rare disease would not come back Peter decided to start Services Plus up again.
This time Peter needed his helper (Don) and Services Plus was back up and running in no time. An even bigger surprise was when in 1998 when Peter's GBS came back again and he ended up back in the hospital. Although this was quite a set back Peter knew when he could start Services Plus back up again we would.

Please don't deal with Maureen she does not listen to your concerns about what you want done to your house. I called last week and set up an appointment for someone to come to my house and give me a quote "on a D humidifier she kept thinking I was saying humidifier? and when I called back a week later when nobody showed up she said the same thing very very unprofessional and they lost 2 to $3000 due to this unprofessionalisim . Thank you for wasting my time! I highly recommend calling North wind heating and air conditioning for any H vac needs they were here on time prompt and gave me "excellent

I used ServicePlus for years they are Professionals, polite , honest and totally trustworthy.
After Jordan and Ferdinand technicians during my routine yearly maintenance noticed a gas valve leak and co2 escape .
Peter the owner and Anna from the office immediately dealt with the problem and replaced a new gas furnace within a week. (My furnace was 26 y old).
The technicians Jordan, Ferdinand and Florian were very polite courteous helpful.

When I found out the furnace in my rental unit needed replacing, The property manager said services plus would be coming.. Peter , Jordan, and Floriano were the people I immediately dealt with.. These gentlemen were the absolute best best serviceman I have dealt with. Professional, polite, timely, courteous and clean.. If I didn't know they had been in my house installing a new furnace I wouldn't know there was anybody there. Downstairs in their work area you can't even tell there was anybody here. I went down to clean it up But it was already clean. They also noticed a Hazzard on another unit

We highly recommend Services Plus. They have helped us greatly over many years, recently installing a new furnace, central air conditioning and ductwork. They have also installed and maintained a tankless hot water heater, gas fireplace and wall air conditioner. Imagine...middle of winter and your furnace needs servicing. Initially speaking with the office staff, I was impressed with their initiative and ability to assess my problem. The servicemen from Service Plus were productive, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a relief to know that the furnaces would be working efficiently through this cold season.

Our 30 year old electric furnace / air conditioner needed replacement in our condo. We had used Services Plus in the past and were very satisfied with their work. Peter was great as well as the crew who efficiently removed the old unit and installed the replacement. We now have a cool living space which is a relief. With all the condo rules for doing any type of repair they navigated getting the new unit in and the old one out perfectly. Would definitely recommend them due to the professional manner in which they conducted the work.

We ordered a fireplace through ServicesPlus and had it installed this week. It was probably the best experience and group of people my wife and I have worked with.
The unit and the staff showed up on time the day we had booked for installation. Our job was not an easy one to contend with as it meant that an old fireplaces was going to be removed and involved some careful planning for the installation of the new unit. But the job was seamless and completed all in one day.
Our house was left as they found it and the two young staff members doing to work were polite courteous and excellent workers
