In my role as a condominium property manager, I rely on ProStar's services to deal with fire and water damage repairs of all types and mould remediation on a regular basis. Rob and his team are always quick to respond to emergency calls, and all the Canmore staff I deal with are professional, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful.

ProStar professionally managed the roofing, siding, and eavestrough replacement due to hail damage. Given many challenges during Covid-19 restrictions they were able to meet reasonable timelines. ProStar also responded to all concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.

Prostar was brought in to clean up and organize a home that was full of papers, books, piles of garbage, recycling, etc.
Jessica and Claudia came in for two days (phase one) and I couldn’t believe what they achieved in that short amount of time! It looked like it did originally years ago, and they had brought in 3 air cleaners and that had also helped. They were both prompt, professional, and friendly. Also respectful of the Covid restrictions. I would highly recommend Prostar to anyone requiring a deep cleaning of their home.

Clint had a number of different trades and people organized to get our place back into working order very quickly. He is an excellent organizer and I believe he went above and beyond to get us operational as fast as he did. ProStar was amazing! All staff were easy to deal with and honest including the cleaner, the office staff and management. I was amazed at the cleaning job that was done. They saved areas that I thought were unsalvageable. They communicated with me regularly to ensure that everything I needed was completed. I would recommend ProStar to anyone in need of cleaning services of any type. I could not be happier with other the experience with the team and the amazing results they produced.

We have a water leaking from the unit about us. Prostar offer us excellent services, from the first dry out the rooms and then Jason with his professional background help us to pick up the right colour flooring. Frances from the company even email me a detail time table on when and who will be in my apartment to reprint and replace the flooring. This mean this company has all the right people to handle the jobs. Thanks again.

Pro-Star is the worst company in Calgary! I have been living like this for 9 months. My entrance door Pro-Star promised to replace it 6 months ago, and yet the door is still waiting to be replaced.
I haven't heard from the company until recently March 15 when the receptionist called to give me an update as to what was happening with my unit which is the "only" unit in a condo complex that still isn't done! The pantry has a big hole where the pipes are, that was supposed to be fixed and yet it hasn't got done. Tiles and hardwood that wasn't used has been left behind in my unit, baseboards in my
