For the installation of my gaz oven they were able to come the next day, did a great job and very fast.
I really appreciate doing business with them.
They are always able to come the same day or next morning when I have a plumbing emergency. Very efficient and professional.
They even called me one time instead of doing a service call because they knew my issue was an easy fix I could do myself. They fix my problem on the phone and saved me money since they didn't charge anything for a phone call.

It was very easy to get an appointment. The plumber, Maxime provided excellent service. He fixed everything promptly, gave great advice and offered smart solutions. The individual who scheduled the appointment (unfortunately I didn't get his name) and Maxime were very professional and respectful throughout. I plan to only use this company for future plumbing needs.

Guy is the brain at Dr. Drain. There is nothing in this world that he cannot resolve. In my case it was a gas hot water furnace that had exploded. It happened in December, and the forecast for the coming week was going to be in the minuses. He came on Friday, saw the issue and told me that it would be easier and less time consuming to replace the whole thing rather than repair the old furnace. He returned on Monday with a furnace and installed it. By Tuesday, everything was installed and and working marvelously. My home was toasty and warm. Thank you for everything Guy Duchesne!

Managed to snag an appointment the yesterday and Maxime called me bright and early to let me know he was on his way. Did a great job installing my new toilet and showerhead as well in my new condo. No charge for travel time or any other extras I was quoted by the competitors. Super nice guy, was done in just over an hour and even showed some love to my pup who was curiously watching him go about his craft. Will not hesitate to call again.
