Thank you very much for getting my hot water back very rapidly when I thought for sure that it would not have been done today ... I must say that both Jason and Murray were very professional and did their best to help me out ... From the initial messages to Jason on messenger at 7:30AM to speaking with Murray at 11AM to getting the tank delivered at 12:30PM and having Ryan show up to do the replacement at 1PM ... Very happy with the work ... Done clean, rapidly and very professionally ... I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me 🙂

Had some problems with a gas boiler that was installed 8 years ago and the company that installed it has gone out of business. Very easy to book a convenient appointment. Steve arrived right on time, checked it out thoroughly, identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He also made some suggestions that will make my system work more efficiently. Will use them again and recommend them to others.

I'm selling my home and the inspector recommended that some plumbing issues be addressed. Mr. Borenstein somehow fit me in to his busy schedule (thank you thank you!) and then proceeded to check several items, quickly and professionally. Everything was concluded to my extreme satisfaction, and the cherry on the sundae was his reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!

We had an urgent problem with our kitchen sink this morning, and called about twenty different places for assistance, none of which were available. One phone call to Borenstein Plumbing and their extremely competent plumber (Wojtek) was here fixing our pipes within a half hour. Of course, it was nerve-wracking to have a stranger in our home amidst… COVID-19, but Wojtek arrived wearing gloves and a mask, was absolutely professional and got the job done within an hour or so. The pricing was also very reasonable under the circumstances. Thank you so much for your help during these scary times
