Airvitech was more responsive than other companies from the first call. Next thing I knew I had a new heat pump and high wall unit being installed by a focused, hard-working team who knew exactly what they were doing. They were respectful to me and my home and clean up was very minimal.
I was dreading the replacement of my old unit, but now feel really good about having picked the right company and I'm currently enjoying a whisper quiet machine and a much warmer home. Would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys! Lauren

These guys are really good and thorough. The technicians are excellent, give you lots of options and explanations and don't try to force you into anything. They are responsive to setting appointments and following through. For HVAC I recommend these guys.

Very disappointed at the service! My husband and I made like over twelve phone calls to book the appointment for our heat pump. They finally gave us an appointment, but there was no technician showed up. Even worse, I've already called them three times to ask what happened, every time they asked me to leave the phone number and promised to call me back soon, but so far still nobody calls me back and tells me what's going on. Never had such a bad customer experience like that! Are they really doing business???
