CTS Website claims 10% discount on first order . When placed my first order. I did not get the discount. Called sales lady at 9.10am today . She promised to give me discount if i place order and call her back. I did not get her name. All subsequent calls answered by Ambu in sales department. He declines to give discount saying that the product i order is not eligible. But there is no such mention on the website. How can you give a wrong promise on your website ? Do not recommend some one to buy on this website.

Staff was very rude. Not helpful at all.
My boyfriend came in with his mother for bags of concrete. One of the employees straight up said "I can't help you" then when my boyfriend's mom asked, all of a sudden he was able to help her.
By the way, my boyfriend is BLACK his mother is BROWN.
Now...im not saying that this was DEFINITELY racially motivated. I really hope we're wrong because that's very disheartening, especially with all that's going on in the world. but I'll let you use your own creativity and mind to come up with the reasoning behind this :)
