Too crowded, can't even get someone to help you. Staff is just rushing. I went there to get 9 door locks, walked out with ZERO, no cares for the customers. I will stick to online or some other place. I don't recommend and I will never go back to this place. Thank you GOOGLE for giving us this opportunity to rate these places to help others like myself.

Good place for reno projects, prices are relatively cheap, selection is limited. Where they lack is the help staff on the floor, as most can't speak english. Best is to take the picture of the item(s) you need to buy and take that to the cashier, they will have someone to get your order.

Not 1 person spoke English. Good luck getting help and customer service. Too bad. We went to the front desk and we were ignored. Felt racially profiled. Please hire bilingual staff. It's is beneficial for your company. Customer service is also on the sales floor not just at the POS. If u need help with this I can help.

My technician aptly described this place as Chinese Home Depot, and it is for a good reason. It's a huge place with limited choices and accepts returns (in same package and not used) only within 2weeks from the date of purchase.
Overall it's a great place for a range of construction material including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, tiles, sanitary, flooring, carpenter stuff etc.
