The quote and prices were reasonable, however the install was horrible, caulking was just put on so goopy, some areas so thin, in less than a year it's coming off, not sealed. The installers really didn't seem to know what or care what they were doing. The front door was not closing properly, they did return and fix this. Which is why 2 stars instead of 1. I would not recommend.

Awful service from this business. I live locally and wanted to shop locally. I went in to the showroom 4 weeks ago looking for a quote on deck railing and glass installation. I was at that time told By Glen Holmes I would be contacted to have them come over to see the job. The guy that came over after a few days was Aaron (indicating he was the new owner) He said within a few days I would have a quote via phone or email. After 2.5 weeks I began leaving messages for a call back. After holding up my renovations, Finally after 3 or 4 attempts he called me back and had no idea what I was talking about

We are very satisfied with our new windows. The sales representative was kind enough to come up to our place over the weekend and was very helpful in assisting us with our choices.The windows were professionally installed with great craftsmanship. The job was completed without us being present at the time and the place was left spotless. We highly recommend Balm Beach House of Glass - you can tell that they take great pride in their work and you will not be disappointed!

The worst bathroom enclosure, no thought and no after service. They installed the shower glass door in the wrong side so we have water pouring on the floor after showers (mold) and the installation very poor and cheap. I spoke to the owner and nothing was done. We called the Glass Doctor in Barrie and they came all the way to Lafontaine and addressed the problem. Shame on you Balm Beach glass.

Thought I would give them a third chance for glass order and sure enough nothing in stock and no one to cut it anyway. Very disappointed.
December 2018 - I get a response back about how they don't cut glass or provide that service. At the time they advertised such services and now that they have transitioned into a window installation company - they send that response.
I'm a high end custom remodeler and I've had two service calls for shower enclosures you guys installed. The work was pretty good but the silicone was failing. Silicone cannot be touched with fingers - a special plasticized tool

I took my screen for my bay window in to be repaired. These are the people who originally sold and installed all of our new windows and screens and they completely installed the screen wrong so the tabs that secure the screen in place were obstructed to the point that it was impossible to re-install the screen back in place. On discovering this I returned to their place of business and explained the situation and they apologized and said they would re-screen it again and call me when it was ready.
