We had Rob and his team install 5 of our windows in 2019 and we found them to be professional and very reasonable with other companies. Pro-Fit did such a great job, we had them back this year to complete the remaining 6 windows in our house. Sean the sales guy was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The install crew showed up right on time and got down to work. They were fast, professional and after they left, you couldn’t even tell they were here. We love our new windows and would highly recommend Pro-Fit!

Rob and his team are great. We ordered the KV sliding door, and are extremely happy with our new door but more importantly, super impressed with Rob's excellent knowledge of product, customer service, fair pricing and great patience with me and all my questions! Terrible! Run from this company!
For $2500 dollars for a a exterior man door new build garage, the ultra ordinary doors leak, The solution from their team is to rebuild. Are you frickin kiddin? Horrible. Next there isn't any follow up service at all. Run from this company! They don't return phone calls or in person requests for service. Unreal!!!

Pro fit windows and doors removed my front door, side panels, did repairs and installed all new panels and new front door. Excellent job!! Looks great. Finally got rid of the major draft and all the other issues. I am very happy. The owner (Rob),store staff and the installers are fantastic. Installers not only did a great job, but were also… very nice and respectful in my home. I also had a window installed last yr which was extremely drafty. No more draft! I will be dealing with Pro fit windows and doors again in the future and highly recommend them.

PRO-FIT Window & Door was amazing right from the start. Starting with the sales call from Sean Mackenzie, followed by when Rob Avis who came out to do the final measure of my new windows to make sure they were gonna fit in the opening properly, right through to the install with Jim and his helper Pablo. The whole process was quick and painless and everyone involved with the company were very professional. Thank you PRO-FIT Window and Door for all your hard work!

Window and install was good. Workers cleaned up after themselves . Price was good .
However punctuality was not good. Showed up an hour and a half late for the install . I needed a follow up inspection because of a concern I had , made a appointment and no one showed up or called me for almost 3 days.
Overall product is good but communication and timings needs to be improved .
