It was 4PM on Boxing Day and my furnace broke down - needed new start capacitor. No parts stores open on Boxing Day and was about to pay $200 for emergency service . It was very cold night ahead -27C. HAO Goodair Heating technician got me new capacitor in 10 min for $23. Saved. Thank you. We are really appreciate your time.

Worst handyman I've ever had in my house. Charged me $730 for furnace repair but it still didn't work. Said he'd come back next day but didn't show. No call, either. Called him again. Wouldn't pick up. Didn't answer my e-mails. After a week without heat, I finally had to hire someone else. That service technician told me the first guy didn't even install a new thermocouple that should have been changed at the same time. He also said I probably made the worst choice from the Yellow Pages.
