I have had Veridis at my house on several dates, it is an older home and several plumbing issues were identified in the home inspection. First I had the kitchen faucet replaced, 2nd I had 2 new vanities plumbed in. For these vanities the plumbing had to tucked into the wall and was a challenge with limited space … Mike was up for the challenge and suggested a drywaller to repair the drywall and they did great job.
Lastly I needed a boiler put in for my radiant heat as the old boiler had reached its lifes end. Cory was able to secure a boiler the wiring and plumbing was in sorry state, needed

The entire team from scheduling to repair rep were experienced, helpful, and great to deal with. This was a small job to other businesses that turned us down , but big to us , and Veridis realized that. They looked after us when no one else would. Great business and highly recommend them.

Made an appointment to have an estimate. Took time off work to get quoted on 2 natural gas hot water on demand systems, 2 BBQ quick connects and a natural gas shop furnace installed. Got a nice email informing me they are busy to take on my project at this time. Maybe dont waste prospective clients time if you dont have time and can pick and choose your jobs. Housing boom isnt going to last forever....

Richard showed up early and got right to the shower/tub install. His work was meticulous and adjusted to the challenges of an uneven floor.
He was called to another job due to urgency of a flooding business in Duncan.

Veridis plumbing came to clear a blocked drainage pipe in my basement and did an excellent job with this. The pipe was completely cleared and the problem was fixed. For this part of the visit I give them a 5/5. Unfortunately the van had an oil leak that caused 2 oil stains on my asphalt driveway (I asked to plumber to move the van to another area of the driveway to not block my wife from parking in the garage halfway through his job). I only noticed the 2 stains after he left and spent many hours cleaning the stains that still are not completely clear. This was a very unfortunate outcome and therefore

We have always received expert advice and professional service from this company. The men are highly skilled and the end result shows it! They are expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for (though I do find it a lot of money). I also like how they engage with the community and support local fundraisers.

I am extremely unhappy with this company. I hired them to fix my clogged mainline. An absolute emergency job. All the guy did was tell me that I needed to rip apart my entire bathroom at a cost if 5-10 thousand dollars and that his company was far too busy to handle it. Don't ever tell a customer what you can't do for them unless you have a solution for them. He left without fixing anything. A $65 rental and 15 minutes of my own time and I fixed the problem. I had zero experience. Very easy fix. Plumber didn't seem to know what he was doing.
