My gas line was leaking and a competing company (Hayter) claimed I'd need an entire gas line replaced. The quote was $3,500 and I choose to shop around, I called Absolute Comfort (Heating and Cooling). Pete arrived within ~20 minutes of my first call, and fixed the issue on the same day. He traced the issue to a single union (coupling) and fixed it for $343 (about 10% of the initial visit from Hayter).

Hot water tank died Sunday night. I work out of town, so asked my dad call get quotes. He spoke the Dave at Absolute Comfort and relayed to me that he seemed very knowledgeable, also said to call back even if after hour if I had questions, 'but not at midnight'. Pricing was the best we got from all the quotes. Called Dave back, at 7pm, he answered all my other questions and had me call that night to set appointment with Cindy for the next morning. Greg, arrived early that morning (as scheduled,) to confirm unit we wanted would fit in existing location. Then staff showed up and completed the install

The guys who cleaned our ducts were very friendly but their quality was very poor! When they left they didn’t take off half of the vent sticker covers, and I’m assuming they forgot to cover a few vents because my house was so dusty after! Drywall dust everywhere… And they didn’t even clean it up before they left. I’ve gotten my ducts clean before from another company and their quality was a lot better!
