This was our first time using Handy Bros. Home Comfort and we were so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. The woman I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. Shawn diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything repaired within an hour. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Even our tenants commented on his professionalism and said that he was really helpful and went above and beyond. We will defintely use Handy Bros in the future!

I'm always confident of good service when dealing with Handy Bros. Today Shaun came by to perform a yearly inspection on my furnace. He was polite and friendly, knowledgeable about the furnace and right away knew I needed a new humidifier pad. Of course, he had the needed replacement with him which saved time and I was able to purchase it at a discount due to the maintenance plan I'm on. I highly recommend the Handy Brothers team!

Our furnace stopped working on an extremely cold Saturday night. Handy Bros. made an emergency call out to us first thing the next morning. They communicated with us every step of the way, letting us know without pressure what we might expect out of our almost thirty year old furnace. They got us up and heating again and we're very reasonable in terms of cost. Steve Rempel, our service technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He let us know exactly what the issue was, had all the materials needed to fix the issue and finished the repair. He took the time to let us know our options

To the Handy Bros team, Nic on sales, very informative and detailed on our replacement system, great effort to get us what we need. Wes and Ty on the install, spent an entire day tearing out the old system, rearranging some landscaping and rerouting some old venting. Great work installing the new units within the space available, ensuring they worked properly and that everything is accessible. Right in time so we can move into a home providing perfect comfort! Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He couldn't fix the problem as he didn't have the part but he set us up with a portable heater to help keep the temperature up in the house until the next day when someone could bring out the part and fix the problem. He was very apologetic that he couldn't fix the issue. He went over the cost factor in detail and supplied us with information regarding the service plans that Handy Bros. offer and suggested the purchase as it would save money on the overall cost of the issue (including service call). I would recommend Handy Bros. to anyone anytime. Great

My furnance have out on me over the holidays and I just got a new furnace and AC installed today by Handy Bros technicians, Wes and Ty. They were quick and professional, answered all my questions, and were the cheapest of the 3 places I got quotes from. Their office was consistently receptive even during the holidays.

Great service received from Handy Bros. and excellent value for money. Fantastic customer service with ease of booking and good pre & post service follow-up. The technician (Maddy) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment (bonus) but called ahead to make sure that would work with my schedule. First time using Handy Bros. but as a result of this experience and the other positive reviews, I've signed up for the premium plan as I am confident all of my heating & cooling equipment will be well looked after

My furnace died on me, so I called Handy Bros and spoke with Jamey. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get a new furnace installed as quickly as possible. Extremely professional, but also caring. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received, and would gladly recommend Handy Bros, and Jamey to anyone that we know. Taylor and his co-worker that came and installed the new unit were fantastic as well. They did a quality, professional job. Cleaned up after the job was done and made sure all of my questions were answered before they left.

Gary and Ty came out to our home today to install a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. They were here exactly on time. We were told 8AM and they were not a second late. They were both very friendly. After installation they walked me through the use of the thermostat (they also installed that on our fireplace) and showed me the new Furnace and what work they had done. A fantastic team! Very happy with the quick and efficient service.

Handy Bros. have been awesome!! We have had our furnace maintenance completed by them twice and I got to say that the team members you have are top notch. Our last maintenance call was completed by Kyle. Kyle provide excellent customer service, he answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions), and provided exceptional explanation on the health of my old furnace. While I am not quite ready to upgrade to a new furnace, Kyle made us feel that Handy Bros. would be there if the furnace clunked out! Thanks Handy Bros. and Kyle!
