Shane came as a second opinion because the 1st repair guy said my air conditioning had to be replaced immediately. the next day Shane had it working in 5 minutes and then taught me how to replace my furniture filters. Thanks for making being alone as a woman a little less scary.

We had an air conditioner installed by Arctic. Barry the owner did a wonderful job explaining our options and going over all the details. Karen handled the scheduling, and after a couple of hiccups she was able to get the installation firmed up. The reason for three stars is the actual installation. The two gentlemen who did the work seemed efficient enough, but looked less than happy to be there. Not really sure why they appeared that way, as my wife and I tried to be friendly. It made an otherwise decent installation less than a customer might expect. We understand that anyone can have a bad

Had Arctic come over and install both heating and cooling system. They put in a new high efficiency furnace and an a/c unit. Work was completed very quickly and neatly and I got good follow up including calls from Karen to make sure everything was good. The system is a lot more efficient than the old one. I especially liked the wireless thermostat. You can carry it from room to room and ensure you get the perfect temperature wherever you are. I recommend Arctic

My furnace thermostat stopped working on a cold day and Arctic H/C came over immediately and replaced it with a temporary thermostat. Our next conversation was what I should do for the future and they recommend an Ecobee 3 lite
I needed to read instructions throughly to hook the Ecobee and in 45 min it was installed and working properly
I then sat down to program my usage for my home temperature and quickly had a program
I now use it when I am away form home longer than I think to keep HAVC off using my phone

The Team at Arctic Heating and Cooling are amazing! Thanks to them I have a brand new Gas Furnance and the monthly costs have saved me a lot of money! The team took out my old geo-thermal unit and replaced the entire heating system with air conditioning in my house. I called for an estimate and was told the tech would come out that afternoon....I waited but no one came or called. The office called me a week later to set up an appt, by this time my job was already done by a much more professional company outside of Wallaceburg. This is a small town and people talk.....I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. Hopefully a lesson will be learnt here that word of mouth is very important for both good and bad. I do not appreciate being stood up.....keep up this kind of action and you may not be in business much longer.

Over 500 dollars and air conditioner still not working. New parts that were replaced that didn't need to be replaced. 3 service calls where he was a no show and no calls to let us know. It was a nightmare. Had to to hire new company for another 500 to try to fix the mess that they left and find what was really wrong . In the end their reply was all we had to do was call n tell them. But seriously after 5 fruitless in accurate diagnoses and 3 of which he was a no show why would we do anymore business with the. ? Sorry but it needed to be said this was so wrong
