I would not hesitate to recommend the Toronto Carpet Factory to organizations interested in leasing exceptional office space. The Carpet Factory is a great place to attract the right people for me to grow the business. The Toronto Carpet Factory has been the home to our interior design studio for over 17 years.

We love the location for a multitude of reasons. Additionals: $14.68/sf (2020 est.) Hydro: $2.15/sf (2020 est.) Features: Large boardroom, multiple private offices on glass under mezzanine, kitchen, storage, mezzanine. Features: Classic brick & beam space with high ceilings, operable windows, hardwood floors.

One private office, storage. Liberty Village is Toronto's most wired community with extremely fast, secure and economical connectivity. Located on the 4th floor of 67 Mowat Ave., Beanfield Metroconnect serves as a high capacity, building-centric Internet Service Provider with a fibre optic network running throughout the Liberty Village community.
Services
The history of the Toronto Carpet Factory begins with the company whose name it retains, the Toronto Carpet Manufacturing Company Limited, established by F. Barry Hayes in Toronto in 1891. By 1899, the burgeoning Toronto Carpet Manufacturing Company Limited, had outgrown its cramped space at Jarvis and The Esplanade and moved into an impressive new factory at 1179 King Street W. and 74 Fraser Ave.

I totally enjoyed walking thru the grounds of this historic series of buildings forming the old factory as I wonder on what it must of been like back in those days.
The corporate and hospitality repurposed buildings have a sense of nostalgic elegance to them.
Only got to view the inside of the first building but one day when things are back to normal I hope to get a chance to see it all.

Food was delicious, but the freshly squeeze mango & tangerine juice didn't taste like it was freshly squeeze for $6.25 it's not worth it, however the vanilla latte was delicious & the black n blue pancakes was delicious 😋

Very well preserved and taken care of office and restaurant complex. Little pieces of history and artifacts through the building. The office and maintenance team are responsive and really care about the building, safety and client experience.

A very nice location to capture moments. Security can be annoying even if you are slightly close to the building. They do not treat all vendors equally. Tristan from FelicityMoments.com

Great office space. The building has great character. Traffic through the area is pretty bad at rush hours, and parking is an issue.
