Two years ago, Soulliere Solutions waterproofed the basement and installed an outside backwater valve. Three weeks ago I contacted this company, as I had an a plumber in to resolve a blockage in the house. He found that the issue was with the flap for the backwater valve had broken off and lodged itself in the main sewer pipe leading from the house. The plumber was able to dislodge the flap. The plumber suggested I get in touch with the people who installed it,. I phoned the company and explained the issue and told them that I realized that it would not be under warranty, but without the flap,

I strongly do not recommend Soulliere Solutuons. My reason for this is That I had to have work done on my house and my landlord chose to hire this business. They did not tell me nor did they asked me to unplug… my deep freezer to plug in their tools. They unplugged my deep freezer causing all of my food to thaw out and spoil. I contacted Soulliere Solutions early this spring (not hearing back from them until this summer) regarding repairs to my crawlspace foundation. Soulliere did a large job in 2016 on my small home (for the previous owner) in the same site (for 12k) replacing the main beam and installing cement footings. The main beam is compromised again as well as a joist running underneath the kitchen countertop.

Wednesday aug 21st.19 Soulliere Solutions was cutting cement outside my unit while my windows were open. The dust, smoke and co2 filled my home, especially my basement window which was where ALL my stuff was covered in cement dust. I had kids and animals in my home as this blew into my home setting off my smoke and co2 alarms for almost 1hr, we had to evacuate. Mind you this day was very very hot and humid by 11am. This company went above and beyond to ensure I got money from the city to help me pay for things I needed in my basement, and the crew that showed up to my house did more than needed just to help out. The crew that showed up to my house was great, the employee who came out to eel my line for me was great, and the experience has been easy overall. If the first storm generates water in my basement, I'll update my review, but I'm very satisfied with the way things panned out.

We were hesitating to rate this company sooner. 2 years ago Company did waterproof one wall 35 feet in the basement. They did fantastic job. They dig over one foot trench, installed stones, connected wiping tiles, installed corrugated pipe with sock, insulated wall with rigid plastic, drilled many holes in the side of the wall, removed debris, poured cement on top all for lowest price from 4 other estimates. There was a foreman with accent nice guy, he cleaned several section of our wiping tiles under the house so the water could flow easily. Till now we have no problem with wet footing, it is

After the flood in Tecumseh, we call the company, he came exactly at the time I asked him not to come because I had to leave, of course this person did not want to come back in an hour or so. He went to see the damages of the wall, it was going to be a $15,000 job. Gave me the estimate right there in the back of his business card. Seriously???
