I love my Dekko firepit!
Fantastic buying experience start to finish. We were torn between 2 models and colour of concrete. Our sales rep (Bryann) was very helpful in providing guidance on which model suited our patio layout best and even couriered samples of the concrete colours to assist with our selection. We purchased the Bravo in Limestone. Again, we couldn't be happier with Dekko!

We recently bought a Dekko Fire Pit and we are so happy we did! It was the perfect finishing touch to our patio project. The quality is amazing and we love entertaining around it. We got the table top as well so we can use the fire pit during the day which is nice for our kids. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Can't say enough good things about Dekko!

Used this product for the first time recently and it worked out great. My only complaint is the tubes of caulking. After you release the pressure on the caulking gun the caulking still oozes out and it will continue to do so until it has dried up a bit. Other than that I was quite happy with the product and the finish.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!! They went above and beyond for us, and we are absolutely thrilled with their work. When I contacted Bryann, about a small home project, she was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions (we had a lot). I’m very impressed with how attentive she was considering our order was so small. I can’t wait to do another project using the Dekko cladding. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

It's very rare this day and age to discover a product and a company that delivers such a simple functional and elegant masterpice. Their products are art, hand crafted, made by people, people who actually answer their phones and devote their passion of this craft into a stunning work for your home or business. I am impressed, I am not easily impressed and suggest anyone looking to decorate with function and art at a higher level consider Dekko, don't hang a picture on one of there walls, the wall is the art. Stunning.

As a Dekko dealer, i guess my review is going to be bias! :)... However the Dekko team really is a powerhouse of excitement, with friendly and quick service, and willingness to always go above and beyond for each client and sale! I also have the pleasure of owning one of their fire bowls (Alea), at my cottage,,, and i tell each client to date that it single handedly is one of the best investments ive ever made - --!!! Great product... modern design,, practical.... and a wonderful ambiance!
