Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism as I did today with Doyle. Had a tech come in to service our furnace. He immediately red tagged it and said it was unsafe to use and that his boss would come later to provide us with a quote for a replacement. He said the replacement could be done next Thursday 7 days from today! With 3… young children and the forecast predicting extreme cold weather for the next few days this seemed completely unreasonable. Mistake after mistake, botched installation, finger pointing, changed stories, and always trying to blame anyone else, the homeowner, the manufacturer, anyone else.
These are the kind of people who deliver an inferior product and… service, and then attempt to lie or bully their way out of it all while trying to overcharge or keep money for extras not provided. In my opinion, Doyle preys on senior citizens.
Go with anyone else!!!!! Avoid at any cost!!!

I used Doyle Home Services for a Septic Inspection and I must say the Team of Grant and Miguel were very courteous and professional. I had done my research so I had good questions and they had good answers and they thoroughly explained the status of my Septic System in great details, explaining in terms a lay person can understand and what options I had. Their Inspection cost was reasonable, considering the information they provided. I would not hesitate to refer them for a Septic Inspection and hopefully you'll get the Doyle Team of Grant and Miguel at your property.

Up until now, my dealings with Doyle Plumbing have been exemplary. They installed my new Propane furnace several years ago and have serviced it annually.
I have recommended them to several friends as a great company to deal with. Great office staff, great technicians, on time appointments. No complaints here.

When I called them August about having a propane fireplace in my kitchen to replace my existing electric fireplace Insert, a project I had discussed with the furnace installers previously, their "designer" came to my house. He was there less than 5 minutes looked at the kitchen

Doyle Plumbing came through for us on two occasions, providing excellent service. The first time was for an emergency when our basement flooded, they arrived promptly, solved the issue and installed a sump-pump. Years later our old farm well failed, and Doyle Plumbing sent their guys out to address the problem. They got the job done quickly which was crucial for our livestock and farm.

It started with a friendly receptionist. We explained that we returned to the cottage and found the hot water tank not functioning after turning it back on. We did check the breaker box and wiring. There were a lot of (emergency) repairs so the earliest time available was a few days away.

What can I say? So grateful to have Doyle in our back pocket! They always go above and beyond. Our relationship with Doyle began when they inspected our property before purchase. Then, they cleaned our furnace and fireplaces once we obtained possession of our home. Since then, they have serviced our furnace, removed and installed a new sink and fixture. The list goes on and on. Recently, Grant came to unplug a nasty backlog in our kitchen sink. Great guy! Grant was very friendly and respectful. He explained what was needed and the the cost. He was able to get the pipe fixed right away and explained everything he was doing. I called then on tuesday for a quote to repair my drain pipe problems, they came the next day with a very reasonable quote. Alex & Nathan arrived friday and removed all of our drain pipes and replaced them an budget. The men were very courteous and also identified potential problem areas and also how to reduce water during the dry summer. I completely recommend them and will use them again. I have just had a new furnace installed. I certainly didn't look forward to this being done in the middle of winter with Covid as an added feature. Doyle Plumbing technicians, Nehemiah Graham and Cory, are excellent representatives of Doyle Plumbing. They were so very professional, efficient and clearly knowledgeable. Their clean up after the job was completed was exceptional. I highly recommend Doyle Plumbing and their technicians Nehemiah and Corey.

Greg and Adam came yesterday to install our new Napoleon A/C unit and we could not of had a better experience.
They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way, did a fantastic job of the whole installation process, and cleaned up like we would have never known they were here.

Sending a HUGE thank you to the team at Doyle Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Great service from the initial call into the office, explained that our family was without heat and we were immediately added to the service list for the day. Following a fault on my boiler (the radiators came on full on one of the hottest days of the year!), at my rental property, I called Doyle Plumbing, having used them before with no issues, and they came out exactly as promised.
