My hot water tank quit. I called one company who said they'd be there the next day, they didn't show. I phoned them and asked them when they were coming they said it would probably be another 2 or 3 days before they can get over to fix it. I then called dart heating, within 2 hours they had my hot water tank working again. They were very professional and did an excellent job, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer.

I contacted several Peterborough Dealers for a new electric furnace and heat pump, some were twice the money, some never called back with a quote. Brian came out and checked the old furnace, explained the difference in the new system over my 30 year old system, made suggestions that made sense and the rest is history. The new thermostat communicates with the heat pump and the furnace giving us constant comfortable heat in the winter and cooling in summer & fall. Brian and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit, in my house, this past summer. We had made the mistake of calling a different heating company who left us waiting for quotes for days, and after being without heat for 4 days, we called Dart and Brian was over with the parts we needed and had us up and running within 4 hours. Last Friday, we woke up to no heat in our home. It was -20 C outside. We called Brian at Dart Heating and he arrived at our home within 2 hours. He assessed the problem and after some discussion we decided to replace our furnace which he indicated he was able to do the next day (Saturday). Brian quoted a very reasonable and competitive price, contacted his office to ensure he had the technicians to install and the parts necessary. He also arranged for a number of heaters to help keep our place warm until the new furnace was installed. The heaters arrived within an hour after his call.
