Fantastic Service, they care about you. Boyle installed a boiler for the in-floor heating at our cottage a number of years ago. We are not up on a regular basis however we can access the heating temperature remotely.
Yesterday I noticed the temperature was fropping and by the evening it was only 4 degrees in the cottage.
I sent an email to Mike, the owner of the company at 7:30 at night letting him know of the situation.
within minutes I received an email from Mike and he said he would go out there immediately, which he did, fixed the problem which was a dead mouse caught in the unit causing

My furnace failed during the coldest week we had this winter, so I contacted Boyles as recommended by a friend.
They responded immediately, and after an assessment, determined that my extremely old furnace needed replacement.
The quality of the installation was excellent, and repairs were also made to bring my exhaust to proper code.
I had to call Boyles again this week, as we discovered a child had wedged a toy in our exhaust vent.
We got the same immediate response, and excellent service after installation as well.
Highly recommended this company.

Boyle Mechanical delivered excellence in knowledge and service. My furnace quit a couple of times and after coming to my house several times, the local heating contractor was unable to diagnose the problem or fix it, leaving me with no heat and a huge bill. After contacting Boyle Mechanical, the technician came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and I had heat again the same day. I am grateful for the excellent service at a reasonable cost and will never use anyone else again but Boyle Mechanical.

I would highly recommend Boyle Mechanical, we had a cracked heat exchanger in our old furnace and they replaced our furnace within a couple of days. The workers that we had come in were courteous and very professional and took a bad situation and turned into a positive experience. I will only use Boyle Mechanical going forward.

Our furnace died on New Year’s Eve. Boyle had technicians at our home within two hours to assess the problem. Our furnace needed to be replaced. We had quotes provided (3 choices offering a range of pricing/product) within hours of the initial visit and a new furnace installed within 3 days (one of those days being New Year’s Day - a holiday.) Have used Boyle Mechanical's service 3 times now and have been decently impressed each time. I had them install a natural gas line for my BBQ, move a furnace (along with some custom duct work), and I have had them install a reverse osmosis system and water softener. Here's the deal:
1) they showed up on time or within 15 mins of when they said they would
2) they are not the cheapest, but the price was what they said it would be (and actually for the r/o system and water softener, they were the cheapest too)
