Art and his team at Arco were extremely professional and courteous. Art’s quote and estimate of scope of work to be done was very detailed and outlined each area of the roof that required repair. His explanation of the repairs that were required was thorough and he took the time to ensure I understood all aspects of the job. After seeing the work Art and his Arco crew did on a neighbour's house I called him for a quote. I couldn't be happier with the maintenance work that was done. Arco recently completed a cedar shake repair on our property. We are very satisfied repeat customers. Art prepares and presents a quote accompanied with photos that show very clearly what repair is required and why. The crew was a courteous, professional and hard working group of three. On site clean up was thorough. Regular maintenance of a cedar shake roof extends the life so replacement is not required. I would highly recommend ARCO Roofing for roof maintenance.

We have a cedar shake roof that had maintenance work done on it four years ago. Maintenance was needed again, so I obtained quotes from local contractors. I contacted ARCO Roofing Solutions for a quote. ARCO provided me a detailed estimate complete with pictures of problem areas on our roof and a diagram of how many shakes would be replaced on each part of the roof.
