The used hot tubs we built in our early days are not nearly as awesome as the ones we build today but guess what? Those early buyers are repeat customers! This Sunrise Hot Tub was finished in Black Alder with a Black cover and matching step that really works! Arctic Spa is an ideal tub for our climate as they are very well insulated which helps keep the power bill lower has a quieter operation. This Pacific Spa sports Lodge Brown exterior and Chestnut Cover, and fully completely completes this deck!

WE PURCHASED A HOT TUB FROM DARREN IN AUGUST 2020 REBUILT PACIFIC SPA BLUE MARBLE 5 PERSON FIRST TIME OWNER AND WAS DELIVERED JANUARY 2021. IT’S BEEN BOTTOMS UP EVER SINCE! The owner is a very nice but extremely busy man. He seems to be overbooked with service calls and cant keep up. I dont like to write reviews on companies. But this was pretty extreme.
While he is trying to race through 5min service calls. After many promised and failed attemps to come to my house...he eventually showed up while i was away for a weekend. He had been and gone before i found out he was coming. He came to wire a pump properly. And after the pump had not been on for a while. He did not monitor its performance after he worked on it. Well there was a problem and the pump vibrated many

I've had my hot tub from classic spas about two months now. Couldn't be happier. I use it twice a day at least. Perfect working order, looks brand new. It's changed my life actually. I sleep better, stress levels are far lower...just a great way to end the day.
Darren was very helpful and knowlegable. I had a lot of questions after my purchase as this was my first tub. He responded in a timely manner and was always happy to help.
My only caution to those visiting classic spas for the first time is to not let the ambience of the yard scare you. I went in the middle of winter...it was slushy and

I really wanted to wanted to write a great review supporting a small, local business... but sadly I'd have to agree with the other reviews, the warranty is a joke. Our hot tub's display broke , we notified him he said "it's on its way!".. and that was... 8 months ago. If you're not going to bother honouring your warranty, then don't bother giving one out? Now we have to pay another hot tub company to fix it.. awesome.

Hot tub is amazing we really enjoy it. Delivery was great. The bad is the service, warranty repairs have been terrible, after numerous emails and phone calls on things like stereo that was not working due to power supply problems, this eventually did get replaced, but did take about 8 months to get that fixed. But in replacing the stereo the repair person broke the cover off the lid, at least he admitted it was his fault and that it would be replaced, that has was another 5 months ago, and we're still waiting for that. We also reported to them that 2 jets were not functioning properly and had spit
