Niagara Hot Tubs is now open for in-store shopping with a maximum capacity of 3 in-store or one family at a time for hot tub/swim spa viewings. We encourage customers to make an appointment for hot tub and swim spa viewings. Face masks are required and we have additional sanitization protocols in places.

I was referred by someone to come here for help, we purchased a home in NOTL that had a hot tub, never having one I needed help on maintaining it.
Doug was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain that it will take a bit of time to fully understand the maintenance with hot tubs. He let me borrow a pump to drain the tub, how nice is that.
With in the last month I have been in doing water samples trying to figure it all out.
Today Lisa helped me out with another water test and instructions on how to get the levels up and down to par.
The ppl here have been so nice and accommodating

I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff team at Niagara Hot Tubs. We had a small issue after delivery and Mike was onsite within a couple of hours of my phone call. My emails are answered quickly and it seems no question is too small. I am grateful for this support when I have invested so much into our new backyard hot tub.
