Kandu Pools was started by Fred Sacco and Tony Cuviello, both of whom still remain very active in the day-to-day operations along with Butch Sacco and other members of the Sacco family. My wife and I bought our swim spa from Kandu pools about two years ago. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. Every step of the process was handled wonderfully with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We had some minor issues with the unit, but Sandra (she is a delightful person) and the team made sure it was repaired with minimal effort from us. We would highly recommend that you take the time to talk with them regarding your pool/spa needs. You will not be disappointed.

We have had many great experiences with Kandu and the team for years now. Helped us move our hot tub even when relocated houses. So kind to our daughter even when installing our pool and patiently answered alllll of our questions along the way during the pool installation. The staff in the store have always been so kind and helpful when we get our chemicals restocked and water tested. Great family business. #supportlocal

Kandu arrived today to pick up my hot tub. The entire team was fantastic, acting quickly and with professionalism. They arrived on time and prepared for the task at hand. Before I knew it, they were done! For the 6 years that I had my hot tub, the Kandu team was always helpful, friendly and were always able to answer my questions. I would absolutely recommend them!! Very impressed.

Sandra and the whole team at Kandu Pools have been fabulous right from the get-go!
We were lucky enough to secure a hot-tub this year when they were as rare as hens’ teeth but had to store it until our backyard was ready. This was no problem for Kandu, they housed our tub in their showroom for around four weeks and used that time to showcase its style and beauty to other customers.
When delivery time came the guys showed up on time and left us without any mess or fuss.
I highly recommend Kandu and especially Sandra. She is truly a star in Customer Service!

We just bought our Hot Tub from Kandu Pools. The service and advice we received was wonderful. The hot tub was delivered on time and placed where we wanted and all packaging removed. Sandra was been great to deal with, very professional and helpful. We are looking forward to using our hot tub for years to come and to using Kandu Pools for any of our Hot Tub needs

Such an exceptional staff! Very invested in their clients. Sandra is wonderful and a pure delight to see on a weekly basis. The receptionist is very helpful and front desk staff is always willing to help and test my water samples. My family and I have been trusting them with our pool for 30+ years.
