I needed to rent some heaters for a family outdoor gathering, 9 people in my garage. I contacted New West Equipment and Colin was a great help to me in figuring out what I would need to rent. He had a quote to me with in a few hours. I picked up my rental equipment on the Thursday of a long weekend. Colin showed me how to use the equipment and loaded it in my car. He told me if I had any questions or trouble to contact them, even on a long weekend. Turns out one of the heaters didn't work. I called New West on a holiday, the next day Bruno arrived at my home with a replacement heater! I returned
