DSBG employs a robust pre-construction approach rooted in analysis, preparation and risk mitigation. We work closely and collaboratively with our clients, including their architects and designers, to complete an exhaustive review of every element of the project. This includes establishing critical path schedules and project control budgets.

Nick and his team performed a high quality & intricate renovation to our home timely and efficiently. Nick and his team managed the entire project and ensured that all our questions throughout were addressed and kept us involved during the whole process. We hired DSBG to finish our basement in 2010 and renovate our master ensuite in 2019. Both jobs resulted in a phenomenal finished product thanks to the DSBG team. In 2016, we had Nick and DSBG fully renovate the main floor of our home and also a bathroom on the second floor.
