Even during the pandemic San Remo had the light bulbs I needed and served me professionally from the back door of their warehouse. Payment by credit card and handover of the bulbs was efficient and contactless.

Our first visit was a bit awkward as they were closing earlier than posted due to Covid, the girl who was in the showroom kept turning off the lights even though they were open. She made us initially feel like we shouldn't be there even though it was well before closing time.
Upon returning the next day we had a similar experience until the girl explained it wasn't her primary job while my wife waited for me to meet her in the showroom.
Once she went back and had Melissa come out, this turned our experience around 110%.

They have a pretty good selection. Sales clerk was definitely 5 star. Extremely helpful. Helped me in making choices so everything flowed . Price was right! Even the warehouse staff were awesome! Will definitely go back. Thank you!

We were greeted at the door after calling in by a lovely and very helpful associate. The showroom is large enough to suit many styles of lighting. The prices are great when you consider other big box store prices. We shall be back soon to check up on the ever changing inventory.

So this company caters to contractors but have no problem with walk in customers, we saw all of the lighting from our 4 year old mattamy build. We got more than 50% off upgrades for our powder room and master bathroom.
