Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Carlos is arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful. Looked into purchasing in the Dundalk area subdivision, he favours trades crews he is related to rather than quality workers. Staying far away from anything to do with eurowood for that reason. Looks like his family gave him the so called five star rating.
