Bought a home built by “Honey hill homes” which is owed by High Castle. Home is in the New Tecumseth area. The steps outside are crumbling badly, we sent an email with photos asking for help and received a rude message back that it’s due to putting salt on the steps in winter. The house is 3 years old! We sent another request for help stating that salt should not cause our steps to turn into dust and that our sub pump also isn’t working. They sent another rude message stating that its not covered, just one line in the email “it’s not covered”. Wow! There are a number of other small

We bought a house from Highcastle homes 17 years ago at Lundy Village. It is almost 2100 sq ft. Their standard options in cabinetry, tiles, countertop and carpeting are pretty good. I only wish the windows were of better quality. I love the wall to wall carpeting we chose for the home. But whoever installed the carpet did not do a good job. The floor plan is good on the top floor. The ground floor plan could be better. The supposed family-room adjoining the kitchen is more suitable as a dining room. The kitchen size is good. At first it was a bit of a challenge to furnish the house as all the sizes
