My uncle and aunt bought a National Homes home in Brampton. They custom built a very large cathedral windows for that ravine lot...adjacent to it...was a beautiful...very long...custom designed mirror...it was breathtaking. I lived 3 years...in that home. We enjoyed watching racoons deer even eagles fly overhead...I celebrated my 23rd birthday there...it was fun. They enjoyed living ...in that home...and I heard...they sold it...for a good profit.....Thanks to National Homes.

I have registered with them for Tynadga Heights project since September. I received emails about it's going to launch next month , in fall in winter in early spring. But on 26 Feb 2021 I received email that phase 1 is sold out. Never received email that this is going to be launched on so and so date.....they are plain liers and definitely trying to increase their price

I have had a terrible experience with your customer service department. I have a major issue with my land, which National Homes originally agreed to take care of. However, last week I got a cold email from them saying that the matter is closed with no explanation and I couldn't reach them after that.

The after care with National Homes is absolutely horrible employees within the company change every month. This company is the perfect example of whoever screams the loudest gets heard so if you ever have a problem with your house just keep calling daily or nothing gets done!! And Stephanie's horrible and very pushy.

They asked me not to file the complaint to Tarion. The guy was nice and i believed him. Wrong! He promised to fix all our finding. Wrong again!!! I am still trying to fix their horrible work. Would never ever recommend people to deal with this company.

It's been 1 year now... being proud owners of our new "Dream Home" made by National Homes. Can't say enough about this builder. They gave us quality finishes and upgrades for our new home including 8 foot front doors and 8 foot garage doors. If you are in the market to buy, consider National Homes. You'll be very pleased with your purchase. Not as big as other builders but the quality is great. Keep in mind, there will always be small issues or maybe even large ones that come up during the building process. It is understandable that you need to communicate with them in order to get things done

Had a wonderful experience was treated like family from the first meeting. From the sales agent to the design consultant. Never felt as if I was being sold something I didn't want.
Customer service was fantastic!!! Never had to argue for service ever, and their workers were some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

If I could give them -10 stars, I would. After having our home delayed for 4 years, they have seemed to hire the most unskilled contractors they could find. When I get a chance, I will post pictures of their poor workmanship. Compared to Mattamy Homes, National Homes is magnitudes worse. The only thing worse than their build quality is their customer service. Once they deliver the key to you, they seem to just vanish off the face of the earth and all attempts to contact them go unanswered. They won't even reply to emails or acknowledge receipt of emails. They did not use common sense when installing

Worst company I've ever seen. They're after care is awful. And don't get fooled by the credit they give you to use in the design studio. They sold us on so many upgrades that were not needed.
Did not I install a fresh air circulator which was supposed to be installed for safety.
The home is falling apart bc they use the worst materials to build.
Don't get fooled by them. They try to seem like they care about you. Heard this from Sooo many other people that will never buy again from them.

Have lived in a National Homes built home since 2004, when we purchased it new. The finish was well done and their design is second to none. Most people that came to our home when we first moved in were impressed with the quality of the build.
Their office staff was very pleasant and they had an awesome veteran project manager, committed to finishing my home on time.
It is too bad they are no longer building detached homes in Peel, as I would buy another home from this company. Every person I interacted with at National Homes always put the customer experience first.
