Atlanta Flooring Centre is Mission's ONLY certified Schluter dealer. Our sales staff and installation crews have been certified by Schluter for our product knowledge and installation of Schluter Shower Systems. Contrary to popular belief, tile coverings are not waterproof. Water and vapor will penetrate through the grout joints and the tiles even when these materials are sealed.

I am hoping that you can share my message with Karen Poh. I needed to reach out and express my gratitude for the service, commitment and the quality of the product we purchased. Ours was a unique situation-I would hope!- with little time to waste accessing the hardwood flooring to replace a botched order with another provider. Karen truly went above and beyond to help me, but most importantly, at no time did I feel any sales pressure but rather like I was talking with a friend or colleague who helped me make sense of the choices in front of me. They installed carpet on our stairs and did a grey job. However the carpet started to fall apart like 8 months later! The manufacturer would not give warranty due to being on stairs, but Atlanta came good and warrantied it and reinstalled better (warrantable) carpet, we paid the difference in cost and are happy with them and the new carpet, thanks Atlanta !

Our contractor recommended Atlanta Flooring and we are so glad he did. We worked with Ruth and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly knowledgeable but more than that, an absolute joy to work with. She helped us pick out our flooring as well as backsplash tile and bathroom tile, she had great ideas and kept us within budget. Again, cannot recommend her - and Atlanta - enough :)

Used Atlanta for a small tile job in kitchen & eating area caused by a dishwasher leak . A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Jeff in sales was very helpful and prompt in helping select product, set up for install, & quoting for us even though it was only a 200 sq foot install. Mike our installer was more than excellent, very prompt & punctual every day, & very professional and did an excellent install . We will definately use Atlanta in the future for any flooring job we may need!!

I used Atlanta Flooring to purchase new vinyl plank flooring and to have it installed. The Installer did a great job and the price was right. They were great about installing the flooring expediently as I had just moved to a new place and needed to get settled. I had one complaint and it was dealt with to my satisfaction, proving they give excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

We had an awesome experience with Atlanta Flooring. They were contracted to replace our floor through Service Master (who were an absolute nightmare) due to dishwasher flood. They were efficient with their assessment and provided a wide variety of laminate samples within our insurance budget. The installer was great as well. I also really liked that they sent a follow-up email the day after install to make sure everything went well and provide a coupon for an area rug. Would definitely use them again

Atlanta flooring was very helpful from start to finish. I moved into a new home that needed some TLC and replaced flooring, added area rugs and replaced one of my blinds.
Jeff in sales guided me through the entire process.
The guys that installed my flooring did a fantastic job and it looks great! I've received a lot of compliments on it.
Ruth measured my window for the blinds, Harold installed them and they fit and work perfectly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

From the time that I walked in the front door and met with Jeff to the time when the last carpet layer left my daycare, I had nothing but the best service. We had a few issues that were discovered when the original carpet was lifted and the work crew went straight to work fixing everything and laying the new carpet tiles. I was given a five day window and they were done in 2.5 days. They also did the work on the weekend so that my daycare children were not affected at all. Cleanup was amazing. Thank you to Jeff, Rob, the 2 Chris's and the rest of the crews that helped make this such a good experience

This is for all who are looking for good service. Please be aware that if you go with this company you will find yourself at their mercy and an attitude that does not reflect customer service. They work very closely with insurance, and nowhere in their information pamphlet does it say we believe in treating our customer with respect and dignity, or we believe customer service is top priority , or something along those lines.They will however give you attitude and will make every excuse in telling you why they are right and you are not. It reflects the type of business and the direction of this

My husband went down to order a replacement piece for our flooring which was installed by Atlanta Flooring. It has now been 3 months and we are still waiting for the piece. At the time he talked to a "head honcho" about the results of our flooring which was very disappointing. He was told that "something should be done about that to make us happy." Still nothing, still waiting. Not reliable at all.
