Whether you are buying a large quantity of products or just a single item, it is safe to say that you are getting the best price.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have additional quantity left over, just ship it back or drop it off at our warehouse and receive a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We are a tile store based out of Surrey, BC, Canada. With warehouse locations in both British Columbia, Canada and California, USA we are able to provide quality tiles and building supplies all over Canada and the United States. While most tile stores buy their products from other local companies, we import our products directly from manufacturers in China, Spain, and Italy.

Topline Flooring is indeed Top in their line of business. Owner (Harpreet Happy) is a man of his words. His staff is equally nice and knowledgable. He went extra miles in fixing some issue with the tiles we bought from Topline. He covered all the work and cost of cleaning up to reinstalling tiles for us. I have never seen such a great, honest and Topline service from any contractor/supplier. I STRONGLY recommend him for all tiles and marble needs.

Outstanding quality and selection of tiles. I am there quite frequently choosing tiles for ongoing projects and have found that they constantly are updating the showroom and displaying new tiles weekly. I was really pleased with the help and suggestions I received from their sales advisor Simmer. I will definitely recommend Topline Flooring.
