River Bend Estate residents. In case you might not know, Wayco Flooring did some 27 flooring installations in your homes from 1997 onward. My name is Lorne Seaton from 34767 Pakenham Place, and Wayco Flooring Ltd. installed ceramic tiles throughout my home, and in less than 15 years, all of the tiles have begun to completely lift off the wood sub floors! I have what is considered a latent defect and have a default in the amount of what it will cost to fix my floors, over 30 thousand dollars!

Wayco flooring installed ceramic tiles in my entire home and in 2015 the tile grout began to crack around all 4 sides and the tiles then began to lift off the sub floors leaving the entire adhesive attached to the back of the tiles and the wood sub floors clean and smooth and free of adhesive! I contacted another flooring company in Mission who made the diagnosis that Wayco Flooring in Mission used the wrong type of adhesive to lay all my tiled floors! I was assured by the other flooring company representative who had nearly 20 years of experience that he was 100% sure that the wrong type of adhesive
