We just had all our windows replace by Magnum. They provided us with a full quote and were very willing to answer any questions we had as we compared their quote to others received. We found their prices to be very competitive. When we compared their quote to other we found that in addition to replacing the windows they also provided and installed the casings, liners and trim. They arrived exactly on schedule with a full crew. All the windows and exterior trim was installed the first day, the trim on the interior was installed the second day and the calking and putty was completed on the third

We have used Magnum on several occasions. I made the mistake of using an alternative company a few years ago to save a little bit of money..... that was a mistake! Magnum just replaced the rest of our interior windows and interior doors and we are very happy with the product but also the crew who did the install. Very pleasant group of guys to have around our place. Keep up the good work!

We had purchased French patio doors 6 years ago. They were pleasant and helpful back then. If they were disrespectful in any way, I would be the first to hammer them with a bad review.

Incredibly rude service. Didn't even show up for our appointment, then blamed it on us. We were warned before we contacted them that this would happen and it was the truth.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad. I've always found the service to be great, and though sometimes there are hick ups in getting products in from their suppliers (border delays, misshipped items, and the such) they've always done their best to accommodate.
