Measuring a screen for your window screen requires specific and accurate measurements of the inside sill of the window. Below is how you can measure for your screen. If you choose to measure for screens yourself, Telstar Window Service Ltd. will not responsible for an incorrect fit. We just dealt with Harry and his team on a replacement screen for our oversized patio door. What an awesome experience! The moment from giving Harry a phone call, he was out the next day to confirm measurements, and a not even a week later he was back to install our new screen. Such a nice fellow and his support staff are also great -- an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm left with total confidence in our purchase, from the product quality and the included warranty. Visited them today with my broken and bend window screen. She showed me the better and more stabil version and told me how much it would be. My door was a custom size and she told told me that it isn't a problem to get a new one. I asked her if it would be possible to get a new one now cause I had to drive a bit. She started with measuring the frame and told me it would take 5min! Awesome Service and Staff! Looks like it's all in a female hand but they have done an awesome Job! I really appreciate your help! Best Store for broken screens!
