Chilliwack Window-Door

I have worked with them a few times for shower doors and they are pretty great. The Office staff are on top of everything and the installers are professional.

I’ve used Chilliwack Window & Door Inc on two occasions; for replacement window screens & for one specialty piece of tempered glass. Although neither were large orders, I was very happy with service received with order time, pricing, and front of office efficiency. I will definitely use this company for future upcoming residential glass needs. Highly recommended.

The first time we dealt with them they were wonderful. So, when building our new place, it was an obvious choice to return to Chilliwack Window and door.
Unfortunately, the service was horrible!! They refused to even give us a quote for install and some of the doors where not right. When they finally got them right (I hope), I found them out in our backyard, placed in an inconvenient place. No one even told us they had arrived or delivered so I don’t know when exactly they showed up. It was the last straw for me. I would never go back after this last experience.

We just had all of our windows replaced by chilliwack window and door. We are so happy with how they look! The crew that did the work were super friendly and hard working. They answered all of our questions and concerns and totally made us feel at ease. They cleaned up each day and left our home better than when they came. We are 100% happy with the product and the customer. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Came in here for quick sale and some information and the employees here couldn't be bothered to help. They looked at us like we didn't belong one person said go that person the other person didn't even look up to answer my uncle my husband. Worst experience defaintly won't be coming here with our business not mention our own company their loss we will find someone else to supply us with our needs

Just had windows and patio door installed by the guys at Chilliwack Window and Doors. Could not be happier with the product and the great install by Jake and partner. Super quiet and beautiful look. Will enjoy for years to come.

One of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered in years. It took close to six weeks to complete a job that I was advised would take a couple of hours when I walked in thier shop in mid August. The installers repeatedly were a no show for scheduled appointments and the company representative simply shrugged it off as they must be too busy that day. When they finally showed up workers were found standing in my kitchen sink to install a screen, a broken window was still not repaired and we had a promise of return in 3 days. Weeks later the job was attended to again... and left incomplete

The lady who works at the desk and on the phone is incredibly rude she had told me something and a week later I called her back for her to make a sassy rude comment about how she never told me that. I stay polite and she still is super rude. Plus they got my screen sizes wrong when they came and measured them.

I can't express how happy I am with my new windows! The installers were polite and professional, quote came in fast and price was better than most. I would highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed.
