My wife, daughter and I had the pleasure of having Davery Homes of Distinction build our dream house. We were extremely pleased in all aspects of the build. Dave was very transparent throughout the entire building process. Dave built a TOP quality house by being very hands on from start to finish; his attention to detail is second to none. I have been dealing with Dave for over 15 years with design and supply of the structural components for his new builds and renovations. Davery built our infill about 3 years ago and we also had them finish the basement last year. Overall, we are very happy with the craftsmanship, quality of materials and subcontractors used. Dave and the site supervisor, Ron, were accommodating and friendly. We had a new home inspection and an energy efficiency audit done shortly after the home was completed and both noted the builder did a very good job! I’d recommend them for those who are interested in building a custom home and would use them again if I was to build another.
