We met Paul with Mighty Decks at a home show a number of years back. When it was time to build our new deck we went with Mighty Decks and chose the Integra Stone. They were professional and excellent during the project.
We love our deck and we see Mighty Decks is using photos to this day of our deck.
Unfortunately our experience with follow up service is not as pleasant. It is extremely disappointing.

This was our first experience using
Mighty Decks. They are exceptional, very professional and kind. They didn't have everything we needed at their outlet but they made sure we recieved everything within a few days. The boards they had were to long for me to haul so they offered to cut them down for me. The front end women were amazing, and very efficient. I definitely would recommend them to anyone building a deck.

Amazing people over at Mighty Decks!
We had an emergency situation with a company vehicle today and their staff didn’t hesitate to offer support and ensure the safety of our driver and the public!
Then they even went out of their way to offer tools and equipment and assist with a repair so our boys could get home safely at the end of long day!
I know this isn’t a typical customer review but it is a testimony to the type of people at Mighty Decks!

I had mighty decks build my deck 4 years ago. I love this deck. It is a perfect fit to my back yard. They were efficient, got their work done in a timely manner and all was great. For about 2 weeks, then my stair railing started to fall apart... they did come and fix it, but then if fell apart again. The middle bars were not installed properly, were loose and fell out. That being said I’ve been trying to get them to come fix it for 3 years. They keep telling me they’ll be by in a couple of weeks but they never come. I also inquired about the discoloured PVC rail top, which is not supposed to

It is very rare that I give 5 Stars out of 5 but in this case I will make an exception. I have been extremely satisfied with the arbour/swing that was constructed and installed by Mighty Decks of Edmonton. From my first interaction with them at the Edmonton Home and Garden Show (2017) to the installed product in my backyard was nothing but stellar customer service from discussing my arbour/swing needs to the construction of the product, to installing it my yard. Attached are before and after photos of our front deck that was built in early October. Although there was a bit of delay due to weather and running out of construction material, the building crew was very professional and efficient. The job was very well done, choosing PVC might be a bit pricy, but it's worth the cost for the durability and the rejuvenated look it gives to the front of our house. Thank you Mighty Decks.

We were very impressed with the Mighty Deck team. From taking time to detail the build step by step, recommending places we good go to look at materials, designs and materials to providing a comprehensive quote, we felt comfortable in working with them every step of the way. When the time came to build, they worked hard to ensure there was always a step so our pups could go out and play in the yard when they weren't working on the deck. Despite horrible weather, they kept working away taking only a little more than one day extra to complete the work (really impressive given record rainfalls). When
