Helen and Helmut Hinteregger founded Concept Homes Master Builder in 1969 and they built Concept Homes on a foundation of solid principles. They instilled their values in their sons, Dave and Rick, who joined their parents in the family business.

We at McElheran's Furniture + Design have been working with Concept Homes for many years to furnish the STARS Lottery homes as well as some of their showhomes. They not only build a really nice quality home but as a family business you can tell that they care about their customers.
They are professional and I would not hesitate to say that if you build with them they will look after you. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

The house is well built, comfortable and spacious. We loved the personalized convenience of working with concept homes and it was really easy to get everything set up. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with showings and never made you wait on paperwork. I'd recommend them to anyone searching for their next worry free family home.

I had the pleasure of renting a townhome from Concept Homes in 2020/2021. The home was beautifully designed and a perfect fit for our family of 3. We rented their property at Legacy Pointe, located in North Edmonton. Marion was the property manager for our rental. She was amazing to coordinate with and made moving in / out so seamless! Some… perks of our rental agreement included snow removal and lawn maintenance. Concept Homes made it known they cared about their properties and the people living in them. We had a small issue with the garage pad not working, and they had someone out to fix

Concept Master Builders built my family’s dream home in 2019. Before choosing them, I had done my research over the course of 3 years. The key pointers that ultimately made me confidently go with Concept is(are) that they are rated A+ on BBB, a family owned business since more than 50+ years and they build the STARS lottery homes!
