Tuscan Designs is a family owned custom home builder, that began operation in 2006 with a primary focus on the acreage communities surrounding Edmonton. In 2010 our family made the big move from acreage living into one of Edmonton's beautiful mature neighborhoods, where we completed our first infill project.

Jay/Tuscan Designs did our master bathroom. We put in a custom steam shower and new cabinetry/ complete reno. Not only was Jay practical, but he is meticulous and honest. Our bathroom is beautiful and built with caring hands. I would give Tuscan Designs 5 stars. I am not being paid to write this. Not sure the picture does it justice, but it is superb.

I was having a horrible experience with a contractor I had hired. He was not getting things done on time or even at all and wanted more money. One call to Jay and he was over the next day and had everything done in 5-6 hrs, including shopping for materials. He corrected many of the errors and I ended with even better results. You can tell that Jay does his work with pride and has his customers needs always at the forefront. Thank you Tuscan Designs!

We hired Tuscan Designs to build our home and it was a total nightmare. We have recently found out from the people whom this guy used as a reference for us, that he walked away from them and refused to do any warranty work after they gave the reference. We hired this builder based on his claims of "craftsmanship, and attention to detail", as well as his claim of "working together with you every step of the way to deliver a exceptional final product". As soon as things started to go wrong, and we started asking questions, open communication ceased, and he threatened to quit

Complaint: Since taking possession of our house, which we contracted Tuscan Designs Inc.to build, we have been unable to get them to provide repairs or warranty with many of the issues we've had within the home, including electrical problems. Tuscan Designs Inc., has also tried to tell our home warranty provider that we owe Tuscan money, and insisted we give them more, before honoring our 3rd party warranty service. This was, in fact not true. Tuscan Tuscan Designs Inc. also refuses to respond to, or even acknowledge any emails or calls we send them. The builder insisted that they have completed
