Our president, Dan Hanna, has a hand in the building process for each and every Parkwood home to make sure every detail meets our clients' expectations. With over 30 years of experience building thoughtfully designed homes that are both functional and elegant, we take tremendous pride in our builds and we would never give a customer the keys to their new home if we weren't 100% sure it would be love at first sight.
This calculator will help you to determine what portion of the new home price is comprised of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The calculator will also indicate if a 'GST New Housing Rebate' has been applied to the total price. Please keep in mind that a rebate is only applicable if the home is less than $450,000 and the home will be used as your primary residence.

Really disappointed, we bought a brand new house from parkwood, now not even one year later we have plumbing issues. Once you flush a toilet, it sounds like rocks going down the pipe and it is really noise.
Complaint so many times to the warranty department and nobody wants to fix that issue. They just keep telling us that is NORMAL. This is not my first house or apartment, never heard anything like that. Once they sell you that house, right away they forget all about that warranty and issues you have and don't wanna fix it.
STAY AWAY FROM PARKWOOD MUSTER BUILDER ONE OF THE WORST HOME BUILDERS

Please save yourself the trouble, and find another builder. If I could rate no star, I would. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with the treatment from several, yes, several Parkwood employees. And therefore, Parkwood as a whole. We purchased our new stand alone home from Parkwood in 2020. From the moment we received our keys, it has been absolute mayhem. The service we receive is more than horrendous, they do not respond to calls or emails and treat our concerns as petty. From June 2020 to present we still have ongoing non resolved issues with Parkwood. It seems like the only way to get

I built with Parkwood in 2014. When I went to finish my basement last year, I found out there were structural/foundation issues and parkwood will not help me. Most company’s have a 10 year warranty on something like this. Not parkwood. Would never buy one of their houses again. I’m so disappointed. Being a single mom at the time I went to finish my basement, I don’t have any extra money for this.
I also found out proper water proofing was not done for this basement. Just damp proofing. Fail. Do NOT build with them

Very Nice & everything well organise their work strategy.
At the end of year they did inspection & whatever deficiency found ; they fixed.
Personally Ron is very fast responsive person & once we informed him then he is going to do everything to do best for us. Paticularly in Laurel crossing area ; Parkwood builder is very lucky that they have good & enegetic sales person over here.
Alexandera plant is very good & just like dream house. My family & all my relative like this plan. Main thing is in this plan ; best way to did they space utilization.
Workmanship is Awesome.

Building my new home with the Parkwood Master Builder team was an incredible experience! My home turned out to be more beautiful that I envisioned. We have our house built by Parkwood for just over a year now. We love the quality and the staff. Their after sales service is fantastic. The Warranty Officer Suresh and QA Supervisor Jim responded and helped me resolve my questions and problems quickly. They really do good follow up. My neighbor next door had same issues as we have and their builder refused to fix it even it's under new home warranty.
Also, my previous home built by another builder, the rooms above the garage is super cold in winter. I thought that's normal. However, my current house built by Parkwood doesn't have this problem

Our new single home at Rosenthal with Parkwood is BEYOND our expectation. They have good people, good service, good management and good skills. We love our previous home that was built by Dolce Vita. We thought that we should stick with DV again.
When we plan to build a new home at Rosenthal area, we did our research and shopped all builders but we shopped Parkwood the last as we believed that bigger builder should be safer.
